I grew up in the Odessa and Warrensburg area and have deep roots throughout west-central Missouri. My wife and I raised our five children on a small farm just northwest of Warrensburg, giving me a firsthand appreciation for the communities, properties, and people that make this area such a great place to call home.

Over the past 45+ years, I have built my career around one thing: taking care of my customers. I’ve always believed that great customer service means listening carefully, understanding what people are really looking for, and helping them find exactly what they need — sometimes even helping them discover something they didn’t know they wanted until they saw it.

My connection to the Lake of the Ozarks and the Stover and Versailles areas runs deep as well. My wife and I have owned property in the area, and I have spent countless hours enjoying and getting to know these communities.

Today, I bring that same customer-first philosophy to my real estate career, helping buyers and sellers throughout the Lake of the Ozarks and the greater Kansas City area.
